Quality Policy
In ensuring the highest quality products with zero defects, we utilize continuous inspection practices throughout our manufacturing processes including a comprehensive final inspection.
The support equipment used are our LK-CMM along with several Romer Arms all running PC-Dmis. We create inspection paths and analyze nominal and geometric tolerance requirements through both probing and scanning methods. The software provides a means of measuring all features of a 3-D model and produces graphical reports.
